I Privacy and data protection policy.
We inform you that Fashion Gest, SLU, with tax ID CIF/NIF B11483013 and registered address for notification purposes at: Av. Inventor Pedro Cawley, 14 (11500) El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Cádiz, Volume 1372, Folio 136, Section 8, Sheet CA-18251, entry 1, (hereinafter, the Data Controller), is the entity responsible for processing the data provided by users of the website www.avelonrms.com (hereinafter, the User/s).
Whenever you provide us with, or it is necessary for us to access, any type of information that, due to its characteristics, allows us to identify you, such as your name and surname, email, address, telephone number, etc. (hereinafter personal data), for the sending of contact forms, quotation requests, contact requests, etc. through our website www.avelonrms.com, such processing will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
In compliance with current legislation, Fashion Gest SLU undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

Identity of the controller responsible for processing personal data
The processing of the User’s personal data shall be subject to the following principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 4 and subsequent articles of Organic Law 3/2018, of December, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights:

The Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay if a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, a personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
Personal data shall be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to inform and ensure that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates and any person to whom the information is made accessible.
Rights arising from the processing of personal data
The User has the following rights in relation to Fashion Gest SLU and may therefore exercise them before the Data Controller, as recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights:
- Right of access: This is the User’s right to obtain confirmation as to whether Fashion Gest, SLU is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Fashion Gest SLU has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, the available information about the origin of such data and the recipients of any communications made or planned.

Complaints before the supervisory authority
If the User considers that there is a problem or breach of current regulations in the way their personal data is being processed, they have the right to effective judicial protection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the State where they have their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
II Acceptance of changes to this Privacy Policy
The User must have read and agreed to the conditions regarding the protection of personal data contained in this Privacy Policy, and must accept the processing of their personal data so that the Data Controller may proceed with such processing in the manner, for the periods and for the purposes indicated.
Fashion Gest SLU, reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at its own discretion, or as a result of legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal changes issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Changes or updates to this Privacy Policy shall not be explicitly notified to the User. The User is advised to consult this Privacy Policy periodically in order to stay informed of the latest changes or updates.
